Cancellation Policy
Running Late
If you are running late to your appointment, please reach out! You can contact me at 920-591-0827 or via Facebook Messenger. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your set time, we can proceed with your appointment. If 15 minutes have passed without hearing from you, I will consider this a "no-show" and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
24 Hour Policy
I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the card on file; 50% of the cost of the service scheduled.
No Call/No Show
Card on file will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. A 50% deposit will be required to reschedule.
